Found a bug

Tell us what happened and what you expected instead. It helps a lot to include:

• your device and browser, for example an iPhone with Safari or a laptop with Chrome;
• the venue, and whether you were playing the bot or another player;
• roughly when it happened;
• a screenshot or a short screen recording, if you have one.

Every venue started as a place and one question: what would happen there when a bag goes long? Send us the place and your answer.

Your account and your data

Email us from the address you sign in with to get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account. The privacy policy says what we keep and what deleting an account does. You can change your display name yourself, in the game.

Report a player

If another player's name breaks the terms, send us the name as it appears and where you saw it, on the leaderboard or in a match.
